After many years in the diamond industry, we have made the difficult decision to cease our online retail operations.

Due to personal health circumstances and the decision to retire, we are no longer accepting new orders or enquiries for diamond purchases.

We sincerely thank all our customers and business associates for their support over the years.

For customers with existing orders, transactions or outstanding matters, please contact us at our existing business email address.

After-Sales Jewellery Support

Although diamonds.co.nz is ceasing its retail operations, we appreciate that customers may require ongoing jewellery services from time to time.

For future jewellery requirements, including ring resizing, repairs, cleaning, maintenance and general jewellery alterations, we are pleased to recommend our trusted jewellery services partner.

They will be able to assist former diamonds.co.nz customers directly with their jewellery servicing requirements.

Please note that all new repair, resizing, maintenance and alteration work undertaken by this company will be arranged directly between the customer and the jewellery services provider, with all associated costs payable by the customer.

Jewellery Services Ltd operates independently of DCNZ Ltd and will provide its own quotations, terms and conditions for any work undertaken.
